Meet Renee, a real estate maven whose journey began in the vibrant city of San Francisco and the beautiful Bay Area. Her career took off at just 19 years old when she started as a receptionist for a tech company, but it was her unwavering passion for sales and marketing that propelled her to great heights. Climbing the ladder of success, she eventually became the esteemed Senior Director of Sales and Marketing, leading three offices and a talented team of over 100 employees.

After flourishing in the high-tech industry for two decades, Renee found her true calling in real estate and decided to make a life-changing move to the picturesque Rogue Valley. Since 2002, she has been a driving force as one of the top real estate agents in Jackson County, consistently ranking among the best in Real Estate Production in the Pacific Northwest under the prestigious banner of John L Scott. Alongside her husband and Broker, Ken Kitchen, and her capable Executive Assistant, Tracey Reck, Renee formed The Spahn Team, a powerhouse that has achieved an impressive sales volume of over $60 million since 2015 when she started The Spahn Team, leaving an indelible mark of excellence in the Southern Oregon Real Estate Market.

Outside of her flourishing career, Renee cherishes her loving family, being the youngest of 8 children. But above all, she treasures the companionship of her two adorable fur babies, Bear and Keiko, who fill her life with happiness and warmth. Renee continually stays involved in the community. She is a member of Rogue Valley Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She is a financial contributor to many local Non-Profit organizations & children's organizations as well a the John L Scott Earth Angels Foundation which is a Non-Profit organization that supports Southern Oregon community service.


Ken Kitchen, Broker


I have been in the service industry most of my adult life and take great satisfaction in completing any task I am presented with.

I was born here in the Rogue Valley and am quite familiar with the area.  I spent numerous years in the food service industry as a restaurant manager and then as an Area Manager and Food Service Consultant with the largest Food Service Distributor west of the Mississippi.  I then pursued business ownership with my own carpet cleaning business and operated a successful owner/operator carpet cleaning company in the Rogue Valley for 28 years. Through each of these past endeavors, client satisfaction has always been my number one priority. After selling the business, I was asked to join my wife Renee Spahn in her Real Estate office with John L Scott as a Broker.  I have been licensed for over 3 years and have helped Renee bring her business to the next level of success. I would love to continue my quest for client satisfaction by having the opportunity to help you with your Real Estate needs.



Tracey Reck, Assistant


Tracey Reck was born and raised in Sonoma County in the quaint little town of Cloverdale. She has two sons, 3 granddaughters, and 4 step-granddaughters whom she adores. She and her husband Brian moved to White City in 2016 and they love it there. She has worked in a real estate office for over 20 years. When she is not hard at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and hiking, and cuddling with her 4 fur babies; her two cats Bella and June Bug, and her long-haired Dachshund Roxie & Pomarine mix Moose.
